Meet Entry

Eligibility
  • All competitors must be in 6th, 7th or 8th grade.
  • Only 2 athletes per event per gender can be entered

Packet pick up for Unattached athletes
Saturday - Go to packet pick up table.  Say you have an unattached athlete and give them your name.  Don't ask for "Alpha Crush", they won't be in our packet.

Packet pick up for Alpha Crush athletes
Friday - Go to packet pick up table.  You'll have to get the "Alpha Crush" team packet, take your athlete's bib number from packet (and wrist band, if athletes are given them), then return packet to table.  Please return the packet, as Coach Matthew will need it Saturday.

Friday night - April 22
  • 5:30 pm first event (rolling start thereafter)
  • 3200m run, Girls, 7:04 pm (3 heats)
  • 3200m run, Boys, 7:49 pm (4 heats)
Saturday morning - April 23
  • 9:00 am first event (rolling start thereafter)
  • 1600m run, Girls, 9:28 am (4 heats)
  • 1600m run, Boys, 10:02 am (5 heats)
Saturday afternoon - Apr 23
  • 800m, Girls, 4:45 pm (per the schedule) (7 heats)
  • 800m, Boys, 5:11 pm (8 heats)

From Meet Director

PACKET PICKUP
  • Upon arrival, please pick up your packets at the Front Gate.  
  • There will be a table for "Packet Pick-Up".  
  • Packets will be available for pick-up at 4:00 p.m. on Friday and 7:30 a.m. on Saturday.  
  • Packets are available throughout the day. 
GATE ENTRY
  • Gate fee for spectators is $10/person above age 5.  
  • Major Credit Cards are accepted (a surcharge will be accessed).
  • Please keep your bands if get them on Friday.  
  • The bands are for the duration of the Meet.  
  • If you do not have your band on for the Saturday Sessions, you will be charged an entry fee.
AWARDS
  • Medals are awarded to the top 8 finishers; pick-up permitted by coach, adult, or winning athlete.  
  • All results will be posted on the App "Track Meet Mobile".  
  • Results will be downloaded to the App instantly.  
  • You can find this App in your Mobile Store on your phone or tablet.

INFIELD ACCESS
  • No Coaches or Parents are allowed on the infield once the track is closed unless volunteering or picking up medals. 
  • Any questions during the meet must be taken to the Front Gate. Please alert Security and they will contact a Meet Manager.

TENT LOCATIONS
  • Tents, drinks, and snacks are allowed in the stands.  
  • Concessions will be available.  
  • Tents are allowed only on the top row of the stands on the home side.  
  • They are allowed anywhere on the visitors’ side.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
  • In the case of rain, we may delay the meet with normal inclement weather protocol, but we will complete the meet on Friday and Saturday.  
  • We do not have the option to run on Sunday.

MEET MANAGEMENT
  • We will manage the meet according to the final heat/flight sheets.  
  • No changes will be made.  
  • No exceptions.

REPLACEMENT BIBS
  • Athletes must have the bib assigned to them to participate in the meet.  The bib must be visible at all times during competition.  
  • If the bib number is lost, there will be a replacement fee of $8.  
  • If you need a replacement bib, please got to the Front Gate and alert Security. Security will contact a Meet Manager.  
  • We strongly encourage you to make sure your athletes maintain their bib numbers for the duration of the meet.
