From the Meet Director...

[6/21/2017] We are looking forward to our championships this weekend. Unfortunately, the weather forecast doesn't look good so we need you to be prepared for emergency adjustments. If necessary (risk of not completing the meet), we will adjust from a timed schedule to a rolling schedule. Please communicate with your parents and athletes and have them prepared to be in place in the event that changes have to be made.

Also, we are in severe need for more volunteers. Thank you for already sending out to your parents - we've had about 20 people register so far but more are needed:

USATF Georgia Youth Committee Chair

List of Running Events
Note about "estimated" times: With the exception of the 80m hurdles, we cannot tell you with certainty when a particular running event will start.  The "pace" of the meet depends on the number of athletes competing, the number of heats required, and the ability of the meet hosts to keep things running quickly.  This is referred to as a "rolling start"; the next event is started when the previous event is completed.  Coach Matthew's estimated starting times document listed above has more details about age divisions, number of entrants, number of heats, etc.

Coach Matthew's event starting time estimates.
[6/21/2017 8:58 pm] Note that the estimates have been updated to reflect how the meet director has combined age groups in the 3000m on Saturday morning. This means it is that the events after the 3000m may be run 30-60 minutes earlier than estimated.
