Meet Cost
- Alpha Crush will process meet entry and AAU membership
- There is no qualification process to participate in this meet.
- Only requirement to participant in this meet is an AAU membership ($16) and meet entry fee ($60).
- The parents must pay the $16 AAU Membership.
- Parents must pay $40 of the $60 entry fee. Alpha Crush pay the $20 balance.
- Total cost is $76. Parents pay $56 ($16 + $40) and Alpha Crush pays $20.
- All fees payable to Alpha Crush Running Club; we will purchase the AAU membership (if needed) and enter the athletes into the meet.
Entry fee From the Meet Information Packet [Download] [View]- An athlete may advance directly to the National Championship without competing in a District Championship. Their entry fee will be $60.00.
- Alpha Crush athletes will go this route. Basically, athletes are charged the District fee and the National fee all at once ($20 + $40) if they are 12 & under. Athletes 13-18 simply pay the National fee ($40).
- Alpha Crush will pay $20 of the meet entry fee.
- Parents pay $16 for AAU membership.
- Athletes 0-12 pay $56 ($16 + $40)
- Athletes 13-18 pay $36 ($16 + 20)
- Charges will be added to your SiPlay online registration account for payment.

Athletes should be prepared to check in at the Clerk’s Tent at least 45 minutes prior to the start of their race. (Tentative schedule; subject to change)

Awards - AAU National Championship medals will be awarded to the first twenty-five (25) individual places based on year of birth for all age divisions.
- A team trophy will be presented to the 1st - 3rd place teams in each age division, and AAU National Championship medals will be presented to each member of the top three teams.
- All American patches will be presented to the top 8 individual finishers in each age division
- An Overall Team Champion will be crowned!
- The winner of each race will receive a one-day ticket to Dollywood.
