Follow message boards to appropriate parking locations. There is ample parking adjacent to the course. A special area will be provided for handicap, buses, and RV’s.

Due to COVID-19 in 2020, anyone with an age-verified USATF membership can participate in the National championships. The "normal" Junior Olympic progression is not being followed this year.

Qualification
Athlete Check-in and Racing
All athletes must report to the staging area at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their respective races
Only competing athletes will be allowed in the check-in area.
Please observe all areas that are roped off and please obey all course monitors and their direction.
Individuals and teams will have designated starting boxes. Boxes will be assigned randomly and will vary in each race. Clerks will be assigning boxes at the line. In the event of any changes, teams and individuals are expected to follow any directions given by the clerks or other USATF personnel.
Runners will have to wear a mask through the clerking tent and to the starting line.
They are not to drop on the ground, they must keep it with them throughout the race.
Runners must put mask on after done racing.
Coaches will not be allowed on the starting line.
Masks
Everyone in attendance must wear a mask.
Masks must be worn at all times by spectators and coaches.

Tickets Required for Contact Tracing
It takes a few minutes to create a ticket, as a number of questions are asked.
The ticket system is free, no cost to anyone.
Friday: Everyone at the park on must have a ticket.
Saturday and Sunday: Athletes competing that day will not need a ticket since we have the bibs for the finishers, and we can tell who is there by that. Athletes not competing that day will need a free ticket for that day.
Spectators and Coaches need a ticket for all three days.

We will do a temperature check when entering the facility.
Packet Pickup
Coach Matthew will pickup the team packet. Packet pick up will be at the course only.
Course
The course will be open Friday for packet pick up and to see the course, just no guided tours.
There will be no guided tours on Friday of the course.
They say "Course will be open on Friday from 9 am till Dusk and you can see the course on Saturday and Sunday." You may not be able to run "on" the course on Saturday/Sunday in preview for your race, but you may be able to run along side it.
Awards
There will be no award ceremony at the meet.
All awards will be mailed from the USATF National Office.
Tents
Alpha Crush tent and feather flag will be at venue.
Venue will have specific locations for the tents and they will be spread out.
I have not been provided the tent location, yet.
Tents can only have 2 sides on them. They are not allowed to be fully enclosed per state regulation.
