June 24, 2014 - Breaking News - Top 12 Qualify for Region 4!

Greetings, Thanks for your patience in uploading athletes to be declared for REGION 4. I have spoken with the [other] Youth Chairs [in our Region 4] and here is the status:

• • We will be advancing the TOP 12 in each event

  • All Waiver athletes will be added to CoachO [meet entry site Coach Matthew uses) manually for declaration

  • Move ups will occur after the deadline. Deadline will be extended past Friday, June 27th

  • Actual athletes to be declared will be uploaded tonight for declaration

  • All clubs who WILL NOT be going to South Carolina need to notify Jacqui Collins

The Region 4 meet entry deadline is midnight, Friday, June 27. But, please don't make Coach Matthew wait until the last minute regarding declarations.

Important! Athletes competing in multiple events/days at the Region 4 Championship need to keep their competitor/bib number; it will be re-used each day so do not throw it away!
