Many camps reach capacity quickly, so it's best to plan ahead.
Some camps provide a registration fee discount if we get a number of Alpha Crush athletes to register together.
Alpha Crush has participated in this camp at least 5 times. The Cole family is interested in attending this camp again. With five (5) or more runners there is a discount and we can have a coach attend for free.

Middle school and high school runners are invited to join Atlanta Track Club for Atlanta Track Club Cross Country Camp at Young Harris College. This week-long overnight camp will be lead by Atlanta Track Club Coaches Amy and Andrew Begley as well as members of Atlanta Track Club Elite. They will cover proper running technique, speed, form and team building. Runners will also learn about a wide range of running-related topics including nutrition and proper shoes. Participants will enjoy daily runs on the Young Harris College trails and field trips to surrounding parks. Lodging will be in the Young Harris College dormitories.

Participants should have some experience with distance running and be excited to learn more about the sport. Open to runners entering grades 7-12 (limited to 125 participants).

The War Eagle Cross Country / Running Camp is for Middle School runners of all abilities and rising freshmen trying out Cross Country for the first time or for those wishing to improve their skills. The camp has had both Middle School State Champions and National Qualifiers attend as well as individuals never having never attempted the sport.

Now in its 39th year of existence under the direction of NC State head coach Rollie Geiger, the adidas All-American Cross Country Camp is open to any and all middle and high school age runners regardless of ability level. Housed on the campus of the Christ School just outside Asheville, NC, campers get the opportunity to run some of the finest and most picturesque trails in the southeast. Camp instructors include multiple collegiate and high school All-Americans who are eager to share their running experiences, knowledge, and passion for the sport.

The camp is a three-day instructional Learn-By-Doing camp that is open to all youth athletes between the ages of 13 and 18, regardless of Cross Country experience and skill level. The camp content and curriculum are designed and developed by some of the most recognized authorities on coaching and youth athletic development in the sport. All instructors are endorsed by USATF.

Launched in 1975 by three-time Olympian and five-time World Record holder, Jim Ryun, the Jim Ryun Running Camps are more than just running camps. They teach a way of life, from training young runners in how to achieve their full potential in running to creating good habits for living. A pattern of goal setting is taught to help them exceed even what they thought they could achieve - on and off the track. For ages 13+.
