Select the event distance:
Find your desired finishing time in the first column.
Each subsequent column is the elapsed time at the common finish line.
Normally, a clock is situated near the common finish line, showing elapsed time for the race.
Once the athlete reaches the common finish line the first time, each lap is 400m.
