Course

The walk-thru will be at 8:15 AM. The course will be closed at 8:50 AM. No one will be allowed on the course for warm up after this time. The entire course is grass, dirt surface, and some gravel. Spikes may be useful on the hills or if the course is wet. There is plenty of area for warm up in the adjoining fields. No dressing facility or public restroom is available. Portable restrooms are located near tent city and the starting line.

• • Remember we are guests of Heritage Christian Church

  • Barbecuing will not be allowed on site.

  • Please do NOT bring loud radios or music, pets, or unnecessary distractions to the meet.

  • No pets.

  • Please keep the facility clean. Place trash in the waste receptacles near you before leaving.

  • Alcoholic beverages will not be allowed.

Awards

• • USATF Junior Olympic medals will be awarded to the 30 individuals in each age division.

  • The top 3 teams in each division will also receive medals.

Requirements for Association Meet

• • Age-verified USATF membership (link)

Advancements from Association Meet to Region Meet

• • Top 45 individuals

  • Top 7 teams in each age division

  • Age groups 15-16 and 17-18 will be combined in team scoring only, the top 10 teams will advance.

Note that this schedule is much different than "normal" USATF order of events. The Georgia High School Meet of Champions event is going first. The USATF 15-18 age division will run at the same time.
