Coach's Packet

Friday Night Schedule

  • 6:45 pm - Youth Boys - 3K (25 minute time limit)

  • 7:05 pm - Youth Girls - 3K (25 minute time limit)

  • 8:00 pm - Youth Awards

Athlete Check-In

  • Teams must check in at the start tent adjacent to the start line at least 15 minutes prior to their race.

  • All athletes running in that particular race must be present at check-in for instructions and inspection.

  • Teams will not check in at their starting box.

Bibs

  • Each athlete will receive a bib with a timing chip attached to the back.

  • Do not bend or fold the bib.

  • The bib must be clearly displayed on the front of the athlete’s uniform.

  • If an athlete runs without a bib, they will not be scored or receive an official time.

  • Bibs are specifically assigned to Varsity or Junior Varsity and youth.

Alpha Crush Box # 7 for both Youth Boys and Youth Girls

Awards

Individual Awards

    • The top 10 in each race will receive a medal, athletes in the Youth, Championship, Varsity A & B races will also receive a Champions t-Shirt.

    • On Saturday, Junior Varsity runners will receive their medals at the results tent located in the festival area.

    • All other athletes will receive their medal at the awards ceremonies each day.

    • Awards Schedule for Friday, Youth - 8:00 p.m.

Team Awards

    • Top three teams in the Championship, JV Championship and Varsity A & B races will be awarded a team trophy.

    • Scoring will follow traditional cross country scoring.

    • Top five runners score, next two runners displace, lowest score wins.

    • There are no team awards in the Junior Varsity and Freshman races.

  • Parking map

  • $10 CASH ONLY per car at the race site. Additional FREE parking will be available offsite at Cartersville Primary School, Cartersville Elementary School and Cartersville Middle School

  • There will not be an additional gate fee collected per person.

  • Parking is limited; carpooling is encouraged.
