Meet Entry

• Meet entry deadline for Alpha Crush club members, Wednesday, September 29, 12:00 pm (earlier deadline, changed from 8:00 pm to 12:00 pm)

Schedule

The races keep changing every time I see a schedule. I have highlighted the races Alpha Crush will do.

• 8:00 AM Varsity Boys (High School Varsity Boys Race)

• 8:30 AM Varsity Girls (High School Varsity Girls Race)

• 9:00 AM Junior (elementary) 1/2 mile

• 9:15 AM Junior (elementary) 1 mile

• 10:00 MS Boys Race 1 (top 10 from each team)

• 10:30 MS Girls Race 1 (top 10 from each team)

• 11:00 MS Boys Race 2

• 11:30 MS Girls Race 2

Each race has a chance at earning medals 1-5 and a first place plaque. We score runners 1-5.

Notes

• There will be a gate fee for guests, $3 for students and $5 for adults.

• Tents can be erected behind the football field in the flat area. Your team will have a specific location to set up your tent, which will be sent out via email the week of the race.

• Due to so many teams singing up, we have split the middle school races into two heats. Please see the change to the schedule and let your runners know!

• Trail Details: Great challenging course. Plenty of varied terrain including flat, downhill and uphill portions. 85% of the trail is wooded and shaded, with a brief run on asphalt. Trail has undergone significant re-engineering and course work this summer!
