It can take 10-15 minutes to walk from parking lot to team tent.
It will take a few minute to get your bib number and get race ready.
It can take 3+ minutes to walk from team tent to starting line.
Athletes need 20-30 minutes to warm-up.
Teams must check in at the start tent adjacent to the start line at least 15 minutes prior to their race.
All athletes running in that particular race must be present at check-in for instructions and inspection.
Teams will not check in at their starting box.
Each athlete will receive a bib with a timing chip attached to the back.
Do not bend or fold the bib.
The bib must be clearly displayed on the front of the athlete’s uniform.
If an athlete runs without a bib, they will not be scored or receive an official time.
Bibs are specifically assigned to Varsity or Junior Varsity and youth.
Athletes can keep their bibs, they do not need to be returned (unlike the shoe tags used in many races.)
Individual Awards
Top 10 individual boys and girls in each race will receive a medal and the top 10 in the Varsity & Youth races will receive a unique event shirt.
All other athletes will receive their medal at the awards ceremonies each day.
Team Awards
Top 3 boys and girls teams will be awarded based on the lowest cumulative score of the top 5 runners.
Top five runners score, next two runners displace, lowest score wins.
