Entry Counts (and, a history of entries for USATF National Junior Olympic XC)
Parking $20 per vehicle. Yes, this is expensive. The venue is charging this amount, not USATF. Normally, they charge $10 per vehicle, from what I've been told.
No charge for Thursday and Friday.
Saturday, $20 per vehicle using online payment via https://public.eventlink.com/tickets?t=96600&p=147285
If someone has not already paid they have a QR code that can be scanned and allow for payment.
If you need to come and go on Saturday they will provide a pass that can be used to reenter.
This is a USATF-sanctioned meet.
An age-verified USATF membership is required and advancement from Region 4 championships is required (either individual or by team).
Alpha Crush has reserved a 20x20 tent. Our friends from Creekview Youth are sharing the tent with us. We have 7 athletes and they have 6 attending.
Meet entry deadline for Alpha Crush club members, Monday, Dec 9th, 8:00 pm.
Coach Matthew takes the information provided on the Alpha Crush meet entry selections page and makes the appropriate selections in Athletic.net, the system used for the "real" meet entries.
Special Note: "Why is my athlete entered into the meet when we said we are not competing?" Here's why ... athletes who qualify to compete due to a team qualifying in the previous round are only eligible in the next round if we have at least 5 total entered for a team. So, if little Suzie is the only athlete that says "yes", we will select and enter four (4) additional athletes from that age division so Suzie can compete. Individual qualifiers from the Region meet can be declared and entered into the National meet without any issues.
All athletes must report to the clerking area at least twenty (20) minutes before scheduled Race start time to ensure proper check-in; and only competing athletes will be allowed in the check-in area. Please respect all areas that are roped off and please obey all course monitors and their direction.
Starting Boxes will be assigned randomly and will vary in each race. Clerks will be assigning boxes at the line. In the event of any changes, teams and individuals are expected to follow any directions given by the clerks or other USATF personnel.
