Track - approximate starting times

• • 9:15 am - mile

  • 10:00 am - 400m

  • 10:15 am - 100m

  • 10:25 am - 800m

  • 10:55 am - 200m

  • 11:05 am 4x200m relay (for fun)

Field - 9:30 am - max 3 attempts per athlete; track events take precedence
