  • The Competitive Season - Track 2021 - For the 2021 Track season there is no Junior Olympics progression from Area A to Association to Region to National championships. Instead each meet is independent of the other.

Event limits

• 8 & Under, 9-10 and 11-12 Age Divisions may enter and participate in no more than three (3) events

  • 13-14, 15-16 and 17-18 Men/Women may enter and participate in no more than four (4) events

Events Contested in Area Meets

Track Events - note the starting times I've indicated below are "very rough estimates" based on historical 2019 data; entry counts will affect starting times.

• 9:00 am - 80m / 100m / 110m hurdles (based on age division)

• 9:30 am - 1500m run

• 10:45 am - 4x100m relay (Alpha Crush not participating)

• 11:15 am - 400m dash

• 12:00 pm - 100m dash

• 30 minute break (for officials to get lunch)

• 1:00 pm - 800m run

• 2:00 pm - 200m dash

  • 2:45 pm - 4x400m relay (Alpha Crush not participating)

Field Events

• • 9:30 am Long Jump in the following age division order: 9-10, 17-18, 15-16, 11-12, 8 & under, 13-14

  • Mini-Javelin (Alpha Crush not participating)

  • Shot Put (Alpha Crush not participating)
